Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product or an item different from what was ordered.
3. Unopened and Unused Products: If you change your mind, you may return wallpaper that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Custom or made-to-order wallpapers are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
