Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product or an item different from what was ordered.
3. Unopened and Unused Products: If you change your mind, you may return wallpaper that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Note: Custom or made-to-order wallpapers are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product)

Full refund (including shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Unopened and Unused Products:
Refund for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
